This Village was formally a rubber estate plantation. The 1st phase of project developed & built in the late 1950s more than 40 years ago was the double storey semi-D along Lorong Mangga, Kampung Kasipillay. Kampung Kasipillay houses are well sold & known due to the closeby distance within the Kereta Tanah Melayu (KTM)in Sentul during those years. Much have been developed & built on these small plot of land in later years. Most residences & neighbourhood at these village known each other well after over 40 years of friendship
